No refunds or returns on Found/Antique Architectural Items, Doors, Lumber, Furniture, Art, Mirrors and Lighting and/or any other items that require freight shipping. 

All returns must be within 30 days and accompanied with original receipt in original condition with original tags for a 100% refund.  Return shipping is at purchaser's own expense. 

In the event that an item is damaged during shipment, please email us an image of the damage to info@thecorbel.com for our review within 24 hours of receiving the item. For online orders shipped via freight, the damage will be inspected by the shipping manager and if it is determined that the item is completely damaged and unusable we will (1)  send another of the same or similar item (if additional items are available) OR (2) issue store credit for 100% of the purchase price OR (3) refund 100% of the purchase price to the original payment method. If it is determined that the item is damaged we will (1) refund for the amount required to fix the product OR (2) issue store credit for the amount required to fix the product OR (3) issue a discount for usable on future purchase. For online orders shipped via small parcel, the damage will be inspected by the shipping manager, and if it is determined that the item is completely damaged and unusable we will (1) issue a return shipment label OR (2) we will send another of the same or similar item (if additional items are available) OR  (3) issue store credit for 100% of the purchase price OR (4) refund 100% of the purchase price to the original payment method.

All brick and mortar purchases that experience damage after the point of purchase are ineligible for returns or exchanges. No refunds or returns will be be given on any damaged goods once the item has exited the doors of the The Corbel. 

Door Orders that are canceled prior to work being done are eligible for a full refund. Door orders that have been transported to our warehouse for work and are cancelled are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

Please make all efforts for in store/curbside pickups to be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase. All items paid in full, or partially paid for, that are left in store beyond 30  days from the date of purchase will be returned to store inventory for resale with no refund to the customer.
