All returns must be within 30 days and accompanied by the original receipt in exchange for store credit.

No refunds or returns on antique furniture, antique doors, architectural salvage, lumber, custom furniture, art, mirrors, lighting, or any other items that require shipping. 

All special order items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes custom furniture, upholstered furniture, lighting, etc.

In the event that an item is damaged during shipment, please email us an image of the damage to sales@thecorbel.com for our review within 24 hours of receiving the item.

All brick-and-mortar purchases that experience damage after the point of purchase are ineligible for returns or exchanges. No refunds or returns will be given on any damaged goods once the item has exited the doors of The Corbel. 

Please make all efforts for in-store pickups to be picked up within 2 weeks of purchase. All items paid in full that are left in store beyond 30 days from the date of purchase will be returned to store inventory for resale with a full refund to the customer and a 25% restocking fee. If you need to store your purchased items longer than 30 days, we will issue you a monthly storage fee.
