Shipping policy
We are proud to offer nationwide shipping on most of our products.
Small Parcel Shipping:
Our smaller and in-stock items generally ship out within 4-5 business days. For small parcel items, you should receive a fulfillment email once the order has been shipped with a tracking number. Any non-stocked or special order items will ship once received into stock. Non-stocked or special order items will be notated within the product description.
Freight Shipping:
For larger items including doors, in-stock furniture, and any other items too large to ship via small parcel, we ship LTL freight. Our process for handling the shipment of these large items is focused on ensuring your product reaches you in perfect condition. Every piece of furniture or door purchased at The Corbel is deserving of the highest attention to packaging detail. To make sure this happens, we work with a third-party packaging and shipping company to create custom crates for every item. Once the items have been packaged, a freight delivery is scheduled. Please note that depending on your shipment location, you may be contacted for the scheduling of your delivery. For a breakdown of our shipment process and timeline for freight shipping, see below:
- Order is placed on The Corbel website.
- We hand deliver the items ordered to Baton Rouge Packaging and Shipping or schedule delivery directly with you depending on your location. (1-2 weeks after purchase)
- The packaging and shipping company builds a custom package for your items. (2-4 weeks)
- Once the items have been packaged, the packaging company schedules the delivery to your desired shipment location (Please note you may be contacted to schedule your delivery depending on your location.) (1 week)
- Your order is delivered (5-7 business days)
While we do everything we can to expedite your shipment, please know that we are working diligently to make sure your beautiful items make it to you safely and securely.
Average lead time for LTL shipping: 6-8 weeks
Considerations for LTL shipping:
Depending on your shipment address, your LTL shipment may be curbside delivery. Curbside delivery consists of your shipment being delivered at the actual curb of your delivery address. Should your shipment consist of special considerations or accommodations, please contact us.

For addresses with a zip code in either the New York, Boston or Los Angeles areas, please contact us for a shipping quote. We unfortunately cannot guarantee liftgate delivery for some items in these areas.
